Lori Vallow Daybell will be going to trial this fall.

According to Idaho court records, Lori will have a jury trial in Ada County District Court Oct. 11 with a pre-trial conference of Sept. 6.

It's expected to last about 10 weeks. On Tuesday, a judge issued a not-guilty plea on her behalf.

Previously, a judge ordered her trial to be held together with her husband Chad Daybell, and his trial is scheduled for January, so it remains unclear whether they will still be tried together or if his will be moved up to coincide with Lori's.

The couple is accused of multiple felonies -- including the murder of Lori's two children along with Chad's former wife, Tammy. Chad Daybell faces the death penalty.
